[ Step 1 ] Booking a Slot - จองคิว

➜ 1 slot = up to 3 images. (Main Commission)

Make a reservation to enter the waitlist. (no deposit required)
Your reservation can't be transferred to another person.
You'll get contacted when the queue is ready. (Check the waitlist here)
Make sure to send the brief within 7 days after getting contacted by the artist, otherwise your queue is considered canceled.
After clarifying the work details, the artist will start working. (For the case that requires the deposit, work starts only after the deposit is made.)
Deposited money won't be refunded by any means, though, you can change the type or details of the work you ordered. If you need a CMYK file, please inform me before starting the work.

Guideline for briefing orders: (CMS - Omakase only requires character and scale) Prices will be calculated based on the details required. ☆─────────────────────★ ➜ 1 slot = ไม่เกิน 3 image.(Main Commission)

ไม่สามารถส่งต่อคิวให้คนอื่นได้
เมื่อถึงคิวแล้วจะมีการติดต่อเพื่อให้ส่งบรีฟ (ตรวจสอบคิวได้ที่นี่)
กรุณาส่งภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับการติดต่อ
หากไม่ส่งบรีฟงานภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจะถือว่ายกเลิกคิวโดยอัตโนมัติ
สำหรับกรณีที่ต้องมีการชำระมัดจำ จะเริ่มงานหลังได้รับเงินมัดจำ (เริ่มชำระมัดจำเมื่อส่งบรีฟและตกลงงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว)
หากยกเลิกงานหลังจากมัดจำแล้วจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน (แต่สามารถเปลี่ยนประเภทงานได้) หากต้องการไฟล์ cmyk ด้วยสามารถแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงาน Guideline ในการบรีฟสำหรับการสั่งงาน (CMS - Omakase สามารถส่งแค่ตัวละครและสเกลงานที่ต้องการได้)

[ Step 2 ] : Payment/Deposit - จ่ายเงิน/มัดจำ

➜ Price Agreement

The artist will provide the sketch, after customer approved the sketch, it'll be used for price calculation.
The calculation method was stated in Term of Servive under Price Calculation section.
Customer can inform the limit of the budget, if any.
In case the calculated price is more than 2,000 THB or 50$, the deposit is required before the artist start working.
Work that started can't be canceled and can't be refunded.
Additional fee is required if work revision exceed the quota. Payment Method ☆─────────────────────★

จะมีการสเก็ตซ์ภาพรวมของงาน เมื่อลูกค้าตกลงแล้วจะนำแบบร่างนั้นไปคำนวณราคา
วิธีการคำนวณราคาจะเป็นไปตามที่ระบุใน Term of Servive หัวข้อ การคำนวนราคางาน
หากลูกค้าต้องการจำกัดเพดานงบประมาณสามารถแจ้งได้
กรณีที่ราคาประเมินเกิน 2,000 THB ขึ้นไป / ( USD = 50$) ลูกค้าจะต้องโอนมัดจำให้ก่อนเริ่มงาน
ถ้าเราเริ่มทำแล้วไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้
อาจมีการคิดเงินเพิ่มหากมีการแก้ไขงานเกินโควต้าที่ระบุ ช่องทางการชำระเงิน

[ Step 3 ]: In Process - ผลิตงาน

ในขั้นตอนร่างสามารถแก้ได้จนกว่าจะ ยืนยันงาน หลังจากนั้น สามารถแก้ได้ 3 ครั้ง* ( รายละเอียดเล็กๆน้อยๆสามารถรวมเป็น 1 ได้ ) During the sketch period, any revisions made are free until the work is confirmed. Up to 3 revisions* are allowed (for free) afterwards.

(Small adjustments can be combined and count as one revision.)

[ Step 4 ] : Sending File - ส่งงาน

➜ File will be sent as .jpg or .png via E-mail or Google Drive. Once the files are sent, no revisions allowed. If customer insist to make more revision, it will cost additional fee.
Customer can adjust the colors, apply filters, add captions and/or crop the finished work by themselves. Please inform the artist if you want to edit the work in further degrees.

*Final work without watermark will be sent only after full payment.

➜ ส่งงาน

ส่งเป็นไฟล์ jpg, png ทาง Mail หรือ Google ไดรฟ์ หากส่งไฟล์สำเร็จแล้วจะไม่รับแก้งานอีก (หากยืนยันขอแก้ไขจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม)
กรณีผู้จ้างงานต้องการแก้ไขรูปเองโดยการปรับสี/ความสว่าง ใส่ตัวอักษร ครอปภาพ สามารถทำได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้ง หากต้องการวาดทับหรือแก้ไขที่ซับซ้อนขึ้นกรุณาแจ้งนักวาด
*ไฟล์งานสำเร็จที่ไม่มีลายน้ำจะถูกส่งให้เมื่อได้รับการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนแล้วเท่านั้น
