Your reservation can't be transferred to another person.
You'll get contacted when the queue is ready. ()
Make sure to send the brief within 7 days after getting contacted by the artist, otherwise your queue is considered canceled.
After clarifying the work details, the artist will start working. (For the case that requires the deposit, work starts only after the deposit is made.)
Deposited money won't be refunded by any means, though, you can change the type or details of the work you ordered.
If you need a CMYK file, please inform me before starting the work.

Do not claim the artwork as your own. We reserve the right to use the artwork in our portfolio (with a watermark), as work samples, or on our page for self-promotion.

The copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist. Claiming the artwork as your own is not permitted (the characters remain the property of the original copyright holder).

➜ Additional fee of +5 USD ( commercial +10 USD ) is required if you prefer not to provide your commission as a showcase or sample work.

For commissions, we can hide our name watermark within the piece or sharing it on our website or social media.

◈◦ Work in process (WIP) ◦◈

Work-in-progress (WIP) is not included. If you do not want it published on personal social media, please inform us before starting the work. There is no additional charge, but if not informed beforehand, it will be considered as consent for the artist to post the work.

If you want your commissioned work to remain confidential or be posted later, please inform us in advance. We will only post the work after receiving your permission. If not informed, we reserve the right to post WIP or the finished work after it is delivered.

Price = [(base + details* + layers*) x GIF*] x CR* The item with* is to be included only when the work cover that section.

◈◦ Additional Price Calculation ◦◈

For [Lineart Only] or [Color Only] commissions from the file you provide. The price will be calculated in this way.

A full commission. (cost 100%) Provide rough sketch, commish for line and color (cost 100%) Provide finished lineart, commish for color only (cost 80%)

Provide rough sketch, commish for lineart only (cost 60%)

In the case using file provide by customer. You will get the work of that same size and resolution as the file you provide to the artist.

Price may varies in accordance with the details of the work.

◈◦ Payment Method ◦◈

◈◦ About Payment ◦◈

A deposit is required for artwork priced over 2,000 THB (USD 50).
Work will commence once the deposit is paid.
You can choose to pay half upfront or the full amount. Once the work has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
*In the case of a deposit, if a watermarked draft is sent, the final non-watermarked file will be provided once full payment is received.
If the payment can't be fulfilled, the customer will get blacklisted and won't get the finished work. (That piece of work will be counted as the artist's property, but the character design belongs to its rightful owner.)

◈◦ Work duration ◦◈

Each type of work has different working duration.
The guarantee time to get your commished work = 2 x Estimated working time
Customers will definitely get the work within the guaranteed time. (If the estimated time displayed in period, stick to the later date.)
The following day after the deal is settled will be counted as Day 1 of work. (Or the following day after the deposit money recieved.)
The work that need to be completed before the guarantee time will be called "Rush Order"
There'll be special fee for rushed orders, which will be calculated based on the time needed. (The shorter time, the higher fee)
Please clearly state when you need the finished work before concluding the deal. The commission might be rejected if the artist decided that the work can't be done within the duration provided.
If the order is rushed after the deal was settled, the artist won't be responsible in case work can't be done within the desired period. Still, the work will be completed within the guarantee time defined above in this page.

☆─────────────────────★ Example:

For projects with a standard completion time of approximately 3-7 days,
clients are guaranteed to receive the work within 14 days.
If the client requires the work to be completed before the 14-day mark, it will be considered a rush order.

◈◦ Omakase Commission ◦◈

Provide character(s) details to the artist.
Can choose any scale you desire.
No revision
More breif details like the atmosphere or vibe of the image needed can be provided.

◈◦ Editing in Work ◦◈

All scales of commissions have 3 revision quota (Commercial or half commercial works have 5)
After the sketching completed and customer agreed with the sketch, revision quota will be spent each time customer ask for changes. (Revision during sketch period won't count)
Revision after the quota is used up will charged according to the amount of work. (The minimum fee for edit is 60 THB / 2 USD)
Every time the revision made, keep in mind that the estimated work time will be affected, so as the guarantee time. (Details can be found at Work Duration section)
After the finished work sent to the customer any further revision will cost a fee (Whether the quota is used up or not doesn't matter here.)
If 3 months already passed after sent the finished work, no more revision can be made afterward.
Customer can adjust the colors, apply filters, add captions and/or crop the finished work by themselves. Please inform the artist if you want to edit the work in further degrees.

◈◦ submission ◦◈

The finished work will be sent via E-mail or as the link to Google Drive. Please save it within 3 months, files will be deleted 3 months afterwards. The artist won't take responsible if customer lost the file due to forget to save within the period.
Customer will recieve .JPG or .PNG files
*If the .PSD file with separated layers is need, please inform the artist before work started. (Additional fee will be required, according to the Additional Price Calculation : Separating parts section)

◈◦ Refunds ◦◈

Usually, no refund available.
Except for the unforeseen circumstances that happened in the artist's end, refund might be available. (Eg. The artist's PC is broken, so work can't be finished within designated time. Customer might get an offer to cancel and refund that is not normally available.)
Refund won't be available if the customer is not satisfied with the result of work or change their mind and want to cancel.

I have the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable doing so

which base = base price according to scale of work details = In case addition details need to be drawn layers = PSD file with separated layers = GIF animation and PSD CR = Commercial Rate , the total price will be multiplied by 1.5-2* (according to commercial rate and project details as specified)

THB : / PromptPay / KBANK / SCB / True Money Wallet (+20THB) USD : / Stripe / Wise / ARTY / (prices may be adjusted ± according to website fees). (Artist are not responsible for additional transaction fees.) In case you have Thai bank account, you can transfer directly to the artist account.
